After recovering from a closed head injury and whiplash, Jessica understands the challenges patients face in the recovery process, and in navigating the medical and insurance systems. She is encouraging, empathetic, knowledgeable, and works diligently to ensure that paperwork is done promptly and with care.

Jessica is a dedicated wife, a doting dog owner, and a proud auntie. She loves food, music, literature, fibre arts, and spending time with family.
